Charlotte & Anna

Linnea and I went back and watched the twins, that I nannied before having Linnea, for two weeks while their current nanny recuperated after having her third child. The twins are 14 months and a lot of fun. They loved watching Linnea and trying to play with her...though they didn't understand that they had to be gentle, so much supervision was needed. Anna started walking during my time there and Charlotte took her first steps unassisted. We had a great time and enjoyed our walks to the square and library....I loved the looks I got when people saw me coming with Linnea in the Bjorn and pushing the twins in their stroller. It was a lot of fun!

Were has the time gone?

It's hard to believe that our little girl is three months old. I can remember so vividly her entrance into the world, and I even recall some days between now and then....but were has the time gone?

Linnea has grown so much....although we are not sure exactly how much. We do not go back to the doctor until June 6th for her four month visit. If I had to guess I would say she is about 11.5 - 12.5 pounds...she was 6 pounds 6 ounces at birth.

She has also developed quite the personality. She loves to listen and in the last week has started jabbering more...I think she likes to hear herself. She loves to smile when people talk to her but doesn't understand why I keep trying to get her to smile for the metal box(camera). I have yet to catch a full smile but I will continue to try as it is priceless. Here is what I have been able to get from her:
I will post a full smile when I get one.

Welcome to our blog!

We have finally joined the blogging ranks. We...I, Christina, hope to keep you updated on the comings and goings of our family. I vow to post pictures of our darling little girl, and I guess I will even honor you with a few shots of Chris and I.

Linnea has a set feeding schedule, eating every 4 hours starting at 7am. We are still working to establish a nap schedule, but she usually sleeps one to two hours between feedings. Linnea goes to bed at 9pm, wakes to eat at 2:30am, and sleeps till 7am.

Well Linnea is calling...I will update soon.
